Am looking to switch to new skin care products.  Which brands and lines do you recommend?  Thanks in advance!

What's your skin type? Budget? And what kind of skin problem do you want to correct?

I have super sentitive skin, and get rashes almost everyday. I'm using those so-call more "pure" brand i.e. Fancl House, DHC. and noticed that my skin condition is getting a little bit better. The only problem is that I can't get these brands in Toronto easily.

Avène is pretty good for sensitive skin. They have products for all levels of sensitivity. Try to get some samples from SDM to see if it fits your skin.

Thanks queen824!

I tried a mositurizing mask from Avene's(can't remember the proper name), it's very good indeed. Mositurize but not oily.

I use Vichy, the hydration line, this is a product from France.
I like it cause of the cost and is doesn't feel greasy after applied on the face, also is does keep my face fresh for whole day.

I use Vichy hydration product too. I just finished a bottle and switched to another brand, my skin became so dry and is peeling now. I'm switching back to Vichy.

Have you gals heard of La Roche-Posay?  Product of France and is superb for sensitive skin.  Recommended by a sales lady from Shoppers' Drug Mart.  It's moisturising and nourishing.

La Roche, a friend of mine was trying it, but she found it too oily. BTW, my friend was telling me if buying the skin care product in Shoppers and not satisfy with the result within a month and is allowed to return it, so far, I never tried, but she always do that cause she is so picky with skin care product.
